The Base is attractive and enticing – a high-exposure destination of 21.6 hectares that will become a household name for local families.
Understanding this was no ordinary off-the-plan job, we sought to create a brand that would both capture the interest of commercial tenants during the initial leasing period and continue to showcase the precinct as a one-stop-retail and commercial centre for consumers and tenants for many years to come.
We created and delivered the naming, branding, and a full suite of marketing collateral for this project, which is within its off-market leasing campaign at present.
