Hello! I’m Rosie a passionate and strategic Brand Designer with sixteen years experience, specialising in property, place, hospitality and purpose-driven companies.

My career spans both England and Australia, where I’ve worked at small to medium-sized brand and design agencies, collaborating across various sectors, including retail, luxury, lifestyle, finance, and healthcare. Clients have included Coles, Australia Post, Ford, ANZ, and Arcare. For the last seven years, I’ve specialised in property, placemaking and hospitality for clients such as Mirvac, Cbus, and GPT, including branding for residential developments, shopping centres, mixed-use precincts, land estates, architects and developers.

My goal is to inspire through thought-provoking design, strategic visions, and nuanced storytelling. Problem-solving is at the core of who I am; I genuinely care and therefore always strive to dig deeper. I seek out larger opportunities, articulate bold visions, and advocate for purposeful intentions. I specialise in developing strong, impactful brands that can enhance lives and contribute positively to the world.

I create strategy-driven brands from concept through to execution across various print, digital, web and environmental mediums. Additionally, I provide art direction for other creatives—including copywriters, photographers, videographers, and 3D artists—to ensure consistency and a cohesive experience for each brand. To achieve the best results on any project, I prioritise collaboration with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and end-users.

In 2022 I completed two Level C courses by notable Marty Neumeier to become a certified Brand Specialist and a certified Brand Strategist feeding my hunger for branding excellence and innovation. In addition, my property branding project 'Bianco Brighton', was the REIV Winner for the ‘Project Marketing Award of the Year'. The development also sold out in a record-breaking time.

Over the last five years, I have completed a property development course learning the ropes along with the various processes and strategies involved. Having this knowledge helps me empathise with clients while also having a deeper understanding of the built form and what it takes to create a holistic brand experience and a true sense of place.

As a designer, I recognise the privilege of using my skills for good, and I’m eager to partner with clients and colleagues to drive positive change, whether large or small. I look forward to what the future holds!

If you have a project you think I might be able to assist with or an opportunity you’d like to discuss, then I would love to hear from you…
