With apartment developments in Brunswick having a plethora of hot competition we needed to cultivate a unique offering, and with 44 apartments to be sold that offering had to run deep and true.

Leveraging off the award-winning Plus Architecture, the building’s ecology & sustainability features, together with the requirements set out by Moreland City Council; we were able to showcase the variety of wellness benefits these apartments provided, each one an element of the development.

Championing the design and quality of these apartments, this pared-back identity allows the development itself to take centre stage. Minimalist and raw, this brand continues the elements theme and while sophisticated, it sits comfortably within grunge-esque Brunswick.
